ATJDA’s Talented, Dedicated, Wonderful Teaching Staff!
Owner and Director of All That Jazz Dance Academy began studying dance at 2 years of age. She performed in charity shows, competitions and exhibitions starting at 3 years of age. She studied Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Modern and later Pointe, Hip-Hop and Graham Technique.
Miss Debby won numerous trophies and special judge’s awards during her competition career. She was the youngest in her studio to perform a solo at 5 years of age. Later, she performed with Mercer Dance Ensemble based in Mercer CountyCommunity College, while earning her Associates degree in Liberal Arts. She studied child development, abnormal psychology and the psychology of women. She also studied at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Broadway DanceCenter in NYC, and Steps On Broadway in NYC. At U of A she was privileged to have studied Tap with Lavaughn Robbinson, one of the originators of Tap. She also studied Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Brazilian dance and Graham Technique at U of A. At the Broadway Dance Center she studied Hip-Hop, and Jazz with Frank Hatchet. At Steps she studied Tap with Janai Cutcher.
