For the past 5 years, All That Jazz has
performed an annual charity
performance in December. Not only for the love of dance, but to raise money for
worthy charities. There are no auditions, the love for dance and desire to
help a charity, are all that is required. Below are details on events for
this December, 2009.
Our past charities have
been:
Womenspace
Jerry's Kids
Pet Rescue of Mercer
St. Jude's Children's Hospital
National Coalition for Homelessness
A.F.E.W. (Animal rescue)
Winter T shirts!
This year we are ordering long sleeved T shirts with All That
Jazz on the front! They make great gifts for your dancer! Please
send in your order as soon as possible, the deadline is December 1.
Shirts are $18. Adult 2 and 3xl are $3 extra. Thank you!
We have some exciting things happening during the month of December! Not only is
it a short month to help our families save money, but we will be having Family
Observation Week and a big Holiday Party! We usually put on a show, but due to
so many people being sick and starting dance late, we will be doing something
new this year. We will still be collecting items for Womanspace, to do our part
for our community! Times are tough, but let's remember those who have it
tougher.
Family Observation Week will be Dec. 8-14, starting on a Tuesday. Come and watch
the entire class. Bring cameras and video cameras if you like!
Our Holiday Party will be Sunday, Dec. 13. Parents are already asking if they
can bring something so there will be a sign up sheet in the foyer, as well as an
attendance sheet. Please make sure you are coming before you sign up.
*Pre-school & 5 to 7 year old students: Come 2:00-3:30pm. *Ages 8 and up: Come
3:30-5:30pm.
