All That Jazz is a school where your child can learn and grow in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Instruction includes all ages and ability levels. Dancers will be challenged according to their own needs, and receive an outstanding dance education while having fun! Students will gain self-esteem, physical strength and social skills while making life-long friendships! All That Jazz is an active and constantly updated school, where teachers are New York City trained. We proudly offer the "Pre-Professional Program" for aspiring performers, the only program of it's kind in Mercer County. We also have an award winning competition team and many performance opportunities. Every year, our recitals end with standing ovations! We always use age appropriate costumes and music. Our studio consists of two dance studios, two waiting areas, and a dance supply shop. Our dance floors are cushioned, which reduces fatigue and prevents injuries.  We offer Tap, Jazz, Hip-hop, Lyrical, Ballet, Pointe, Character Jazz, Voice, Acting, Guitar, Technique and Choreography classes. We strive for excellence, and we are very happy to have you with us!

*Recital DVDs WERE AMAZING THIS YEAR!
Our video company is from MTV and they did a fabulous job shooting and editing.

Our parents are dedicated to their kids.  All That Jazz families are families that respect and support each other.  Long time students are great examples of the All That Jazz family.  We appreciate loyalty and dedication to artistic expression and dance!

7 Things Everyone Should Know About All That Jazz!

Why are we the best school in NJ? Read on.

There are 7 important qualities that All That Jazz has which ensures high quality instruction for your child. Parents should consider these things before deciding on a performing arts academy for their child.

 1)  What's in a name?

All That Jazz has been in existence since 1997!  Our name and reputation are very important to us.  Some schools change their name after being in business for years due to bad reputations.  We will be
All That Jazz Dance Academy forever because we are proud and committed to children, dance and the performing arts!  Always check the history of any school your child attends.

2)  What kind of background do the instructors have, are they good with kids, and are your kids safe at All That Jazz?

Our teachers are not only NYC trained and personally trained for years by owner Deborah Delpopolo, who has studied the development of self-esteem in children.  Miss Debby was a pre-school teacher for 8 years and studied Child Development and Psychology as well as multiple courses on the prevention of child abuse.  All That Jazz is a constant supporter of Womanspace, an organization to help women and children in our area who have suffered violence and abuse.  All instructors at All That Jazz are dedicated to the safety and well being of your children, physically, mentally and emotionally.

3)  How will I know what my child is learning?

Sometimes dancers are shy about showing what they can do at home. Often we have parents come into the dance room and watch at the end of class.  This is important to our parents and gives our dancers a chance to practice performing for others.

4)  What is required for our Holiday show and our exciting end of the year performances?

This is our 11th year of performances, and every performance has ended with a standing ovation!  No other school in Mercer County can say that! Our shows are "Broadway Style" shows that leave our audiences wanting more, not bored and hoping for the end!  For our Holiday shows, we raise money for a different charity every year.  There is no requirement for ticket or ad purchases.  You will never feel taken advantage of at All That Jazz.  We offer many performance opportunities to students throughout the year as well, keep them excited and building even more self-esteem and confidence.

5)  What is the amount of children in each class at All That Jazz?

Our class sizes are small, with 2 or more instructors, student helpers and students teachers.  Dancers always receive 1 on 1 help if needed.  No student will ever fall behind.  Every dancer will feel a sense of accomplishment and pride in themselves.  We offer 2 state of the art dance studios to ensure enough room for our classes.

6)  How can I ask questions and get help?

As well as Director, Miss Debby, our teachers, student teachers, student helpers and guest teachers are available at any time to answer any questions you may have.  E mail is available any time of the day and will be answered that day or within 1 day.  Our web site also has a lot of information for your convenience.  Our Class Schedule section lists important upcoming dates!

7)  What type of dance floor is used at All That Jazz?

Dance is a wonderful activity that includes aerobic activity as well as jumping, and leaping which can put stress on the body. All That Jazz prevents potential injury by using only professional floors. A suspended floor is a dance floor that rests on foam, to absorb the shock of dance movements. Our students leave class exhilarated, not injured!

Join us!  Come see why we are different than all the rest...
